Participation in the 2017 Employee Survey was 82% for District 3. This was higher than the statewide average of 81%. The overall satisfaction score for D3 was 155.47 compared to the statewide average of 159.63.
The results have been released and are being reviewed. We are looking forward to sharing the results with everyone. We are also looking for ways to implement as many of the suggestions as possible. From the survey, there were a total of 296 comments from 123 employees. Keep those comments coming in. You don’t have to wait until the next survey if you have a comment to make.
